[Hiring] Resident Sales Manager @Dhruvsoft Services Pvt. Ltd.

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Resident ERP Sales Managers with proven experience in ERP solution sales. This is a field sales role focused on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and driving end-to-end ERP sales cycles.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience selling ERP products and a strong understanding of business processes across industries. Candidates with experience selling solutions such as NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Acumatica, Infor, Epicor, Sage, or similar ERP products will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and direct client engagement.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements and operational challenges.
• Position ERP solutions and demonstrate how technology can address business needs.
• Conduct product presentations, solution discussions, and business meetings with decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals, RFP responses, commercial quotations, and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business owners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in ERP Sales, preferably in a field sales environment.
• Demonstrated experience in selling ERP solutions to SMB and Mid-Market customers.
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, CRM, and Supply Chain.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong business acumen and consultative selling capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• MBA or Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Experience selling cloud-based ERP solutions will be preferred.
