We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive territory growth across the Northeast region for a leading manufacturer of plastic films. This role offers the opportunity to manage an established customer base while expanding market share through strategic business development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in plastic films, flexible packaging, extrusion, or engineered materials who enjoys building customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Location: Remote – Northeast United States

Territory: Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Virginia

Travel: Regional travel required

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow an established sales territory.
• Develop new business opportunities across packaging, food packaging, agricultural, and industrial markets.
• Serve as the primary commercial and technical contact for customers.
• Sell customized extruded plastic film and sheet solutions.
• Introduce new product lines and expand business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support customer applications.
• Prepare proposals, pricing agreements, contracts, and sales presentations.
• Track pipeline activity, forecasting, and territory performance.
• Meet or exceed sales and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Proven B2B manufacturing sales success.
• Experience selling plastic films, flexible packaging, extruded products, or engineered materials.
• Understanding of film extrusion, plastics converting, or flexible packaging applications.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting customers in packaging, agriculture, food packaging, or industrial sectors.
