Role Description
Following the acquisition, the Axonics franchise within the Urology division is experiencing exponential growth across the Central Europe cluster. In a dynamic environment that includes both direct and indirect markets, the direct sales team is expanding while collaboration with channel partners continues to accelerate.
The core objective of this role is to develop the sales organization and lead the Axonics franchise in achieving business goals at the cluster level. This includes creating, directing, and executing sales strategies for the Axonics portfolio within the Urology division. The role carries accountability for overall sales and business performance, including potential profit and loss responsibility for direct channels and close collaboration with indirect channel partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Industry knowledge:
Responsible for providing continuous tools and education to team to ensure up to date industry, competitor and product knowledge on the Axonics portfolio (Bulkamid and Sacral Neuromodulation) and adjacent therapy offerings.

Business Management & Sales Execution:
Analyze and continuously optimize organizational coverage, account mapping and go-to-market model to drive expansion and improve productivity.

Market Insight:
Possesses a good understanding of the healthcare industry, country health policies, pricing/reimbursement strategies and economic customer needs within the context of current and future market trends.

Building & Maintaining Relationships:
Maintain contact with major accounts and key relationships seeking to leverage them into profitable business ventures.

Clinical Excellence:
Maintains the skills and knowledge to sell the entire product line with synergy to the other BSC franchises/divisions.

Creative Economic & Value-Added Solutions:
Identifies and develops working relationships with the economic buyer in their country/ regionβs key accounts.

Quality:
Guides the local Team to maintain full compliance with the BSC Quality System.

People Development:
Spends maximum time in the field with the commercial teams to support their professional development needs.

Sales Cloud:
Ensure the team are trained on Company's CRM system and they effectively use it for recording Customer Information and activities.

Channel partner collaboration:
Partner with the Axonics channel manager and collaborate with the channel partners in the cluster for synergetic growth of the Axonics franchise.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience with managing a diverse team.

Biomedical Engineering degree, Scientific degree, business education.

Fluency in English, native in German.

Experience in medical environment and with implantable medical devices.

Proven experience of working in a matrix environment with cross-divisions across the country and throughout EMEA.
Requirements

Develop and motivate a dedicated Account Managers & Clinical Team.

Solid expertise related to the healthcare systems across the region (reimbursement, pricing, etc.).

Franchise experience is preferred but not essential.
