Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing key customer relationships within an assigned geographic region. This role focuses on selling electronic components to OEMs, distributors, and contract manufacturers while aligning sales strategies with company objectives. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met with technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
During a typical workday, the Regional Sales Manager:

Reviews sales metrics and pipeline activity.

Communicates with customers and prospects via calls or meetings.

Coordinates with internal teams on quotes, product specifications, and order status.

Prepares proposals and updates CRM systems.

Travels to customer sites or industry events as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of sales experience in the electronic components or manufacturing industry.

Strong technical understanding of electronic components (e.g., semiconductors, connectors, passive components).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements
