Role Description

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing.
  • Develop and manage direct customer relationships, ensuring strategic alignment with client business needs.
  • Build, manage and close a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
  • Manage key customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on Forcepoint's Data Security Everywhere.
  • Manage and report sales pipeline with high accuracy in forecasting and deal progression.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to deliver effective and compelling customer propositions.
  • Work closely with key local partners, VARs, and SIs to maximize market coverage.
  • Provide regular business updates to regional leadership and contribute to SEA growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software.
  • Vendor-side experience is a bonus, with preference for candidates from cybersecurity or data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, etc.).
  • Experience selling to regulated industries with knowledge of local compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape (e.g., Microsoft, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope).
  • Driven, resilient, and strategic thinker.
  • Open to candidates with system integrator (SI) background who have directly driven customer business.
  • Consistent career history, with proven track record of quota achievement and customer relationship development.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting accuracy, opportunity planning, and closing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working directly with Government, Education or Healthcare customers is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
