[Hiring] Regional Sales Manager @Kstar Science and Technology Netherlands B.V

Role Description

• Independently develop and onboard B2B clients for new energy products through multiple channels, including direct outreach and collaboration with industry distributors.
• Drive regional business growth in central Italy/south Italy, with willingness to travel across Italy.
• Manage key accounts, respond to client needs, and deliver tailored energy solutions in coordination with technical teams.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategy and improve customer satisfaction.
• Other work assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred.
• At least 3 years of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics.
