Role Description

WEKA is seeking a high-caliber, mission-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion within the Southern Europe territory. Specifically targeted on France, this role will be cross-vertical focused on acquiring net new logos that require High-Performance Computing (HPC) or Accelerated Compute for AI, positioning WEKA as the bedrock of the modern intelligent data stack. This role is based remotely in France.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of WEKA and the value to our customers
  • Develop and execute against a strategic plan to create sales pipeline while acquiring new logos/programs and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with current customers
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
  • Work with strategic VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities
  • Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering
  • Interface at many levels of WEKA senior management

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT Sales experience
  • Proven track record of selling $5M+ infrastructure or data solutions into the intelligence community
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Passion and desire to work in a startup culture directly impacting the growth of the company
  • Proven track record of effective selling within the geo
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
