[Hiring] Regional Sales Manager @The Toro Company

Role Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence across North America and Canada. 50% travel involved.

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for both existing and new products
• Expand the presence of The BOSS Snowplow (and other related equipment) within North America/Canada
• Develop new markets and expand existing markets
• Manage and develop Distributors and Sub-Distributors within the region:
  • CO, WY, SD, ND, ID, WA, AK, OR, NV, CA, UT, NE, KS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• RSM I: 5+ years experience; sales and industry experience preferred
• RSM II: 8+ years experience; sales and industry experience preferred
• Proven record of sales success in a direct or related field
• Excellent relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to be a team player
• Self-motivated and demonstrated self-initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective conflict-resolution skills
• Alignment with company values and culture
