Role Description

We're hiring a hunter. This is new logo acquisition only -- no renewals, no account management, no shared territory. You own the West, you build the pipeline, you close the deals.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract across a defined West region territory.
• Average deal sizes run $10K-$100K ARR.
• Prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close -- with support from marketing and a tight internal team, but without anyone doing the hard part for you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with quota attainment you can speak to specifically.
• Comfort selling in the $10K-$100K ARR range.
• Strong discovery instincts; you ask before you pitch.
• Quick study on industry context, willing to take on challenges in HR and payroll operations in the construction space.

Requirements

• Outbound-first mindset.

Compensation

• Base salary: $85,000.
• On-Target Earnings:
• Year 1: $100,000 – $105,000.
• Year 2: $130,000 – $150,000.
• Year 3+: $250,000+.
• Commissions are uncapped.
