[Hiring] Regional Sales Director @Uniguest

Role Description

We are seeking a driven, consultative Regional Sales Manager to grow revenue within the Hotel & Hospitality market. This fully remote role is responsible for developing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers, with a primary focus on independent hotels and small-to-mid-sized hotel groups. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong record of prospecting, pipeline development, and closing software or technology solutions. Experience selling software into the hospitality market is a significant advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and profitability targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans focused on independent hotels and smaller hospitality groups.
• Generate new business through disciplined outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up on qualified leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, operators, general managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts and opportunity updates in the CRM.
• Stay current on company products, hospitality market trends, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth handoff and positive customer experience.
• Work independently in a remote environment with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, technology, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a fully remote role.
• Experience selling software or technology solutions to hotels or hospitality organizations is strongly preferred.

Location and Onboarding

• Fully remote within the United States.
• Onboarding may be completed remotely or in Nashville, Tennessee.
