[Hiring] Regional Sales Director @Deep End Talent Strategies

Role Description

We're hiring a Regional Sales Director (Midwest or Northeast based) to drive new business and expand our footprint. This is a hunter/closer role. You'll be responsible for generating your own pipeline, running both virtual and in-person meetings, and closing new accounts. You'll report directly to the VP of Sales and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy as we scale. This role is ideal for someone with a dental sales background who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and wants uncapped earning potential. This role is currently an individual contributor position but will quickly evolve into a player-coach role as the sales team expands.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in dental sales (Implant, lab or SaaS preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
• Willingness to travel within Territory
• Positive mindset
• Travel Ready (25-50%)

Requirements

• Bonus: Experience selling scanners, dental technology, or lab services
• Existing relationships with dental practices or DSOs

Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000
• Uncapped Commission: High earning potential (Conservative variable target $72k)
