  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Drive revenue goals, volume targets, and distribution objectives within an assigned geographic region for BIC's stationery and office supplies categories.
  • Own the overall customer relationship with regional B2B wholesalers, distributors, and end users.

  • Develop strategies to grow the brand through B2B bids, pricing, promotions, assortment expansion, and new business development.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales, profit, market share, and distribution objectives.
  • Forecast sales volume and customer demand in partnership with Sales Leadership and Supply Chain teams.
  • Manage customer investments, including BDF/MDF funding, to maximize return on investment while adhering to company policies and budgets.
  • Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans to drive results.
  • Understand distributor economics, customer needs, inventory dynamics, and go-to-market models to identify mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
  • Lead pricing negotiations while balancing customer competitiveness, volume opportunities, profitability, and brand strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve promotional calendars, merchandising, and customer-specific programs.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Product teams to execute customer strategies.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for the broader organization.
  • Communicate customer needs, competitive activity, and market trends to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on demand planning and inventory initiatives to support customer service and sales growth.
