Role Description
In this role, you will lead Radformation’s commercial growth strategy throughout the LATAM region, driving revenue expansion through both direct sales and distributor partnerships.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Success, Regulatory Affairs, and executive leadership, you will help expand Radformation’s presence across Latin America, strengthen relationships with key clinical stakeholders, and build the regional infrastructure necessary to support long-term growth.
Responsibilities Include

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for LATAM, including market prioritization, territory planning, channel strategy, and resource allocation.

Own bookings, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth throughout the LATAM region.

Collaborate with our Channel Manager to optimize distributor performance across LATAM.

Evaluate, develop, and hold distributors accountable for revenue performance, pipeline development, and market coverage.

Develop, train, and support distributor teams to maximize product knowledge, pipeline generation, and revenue performance.

Recruit, develop, and manage Regional Account Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists as the LATAM organization scales.

Manage direct sales activities in markets not covered by distributor partnerships.

Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, strategic reference sites, and leading academic institutions throughout LATAM.

Increase Radformation’s brand awareness and market presence through strategic marketing initiatives, customer advocacy programs, conference participation, and distributor enablement.

Develop and execute organizational growth plans for LATAM, including recruiting, training, and identifying regional support requirements.

Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on market clearance activities and regional expansion priorities.

Travel throughout LATAM to support customers, distributors, conferences, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications

5+ years of radiation oncology sales experience.

3+ years of sales leadership or sales team management experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or a related field.

Experience managing both direct and distributor-led sales models across multiple countries.

Experience leading remote teams across multiple countries and cultures.

Experience selling through public-sector procurement processes and distributor-led sales channels.

Experience selling into national health systems, academic medical centers, or large healthcare networks.

Demonstrated ability to develop accurate forecasts and manage pipeline performance.

Proficiency with CRM software and analytics; Salesforce preferred.

Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.

Ability to travel throughout LATAM approximately 40–60%.
Preferred Experience

Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese.

Experience managing enterprise-level healthcare sales opportunities.

Experience with business-to-business software or healthcare technology sales.

Clinical radiation oncology experience.

Experience with regulatory processes and market access activities.

Experience with RFP and procurement processes.

Understanding of radiation oncology department workflows and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Success, and Regulatory Affairs teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to monitor sales performance and pipeline progression using CRM tools.

Ability to manage complex customer relationships and develop creative solutions to business challenges.
Benefits

Base salary: Equivalent of $120,000–$125,000 USD.

On-target earnings (OTE): Equivalent of $240,000–$250,000 USD.

Variable compensation is tied to LATAM team performance and achievement of annual business objectives.

Compensation will be localized based on the candidate's country of residence and applicable employment structure.
