• Coordinate with listing agents to schedule and confirm property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Provide timely feedback to clients post-showing, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Utilize our proven systems to maintain organized records of client interactions and property visits.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of the local Edmonton real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and property research.
• Real estate license required or actively working towards obtaining one to ensure compliance and credibility.
