Role Description

PMI Mountain Gateway is seeking licensed Georgia real estate salespersons who want the freedom to build their own real estate business while maintaining the support, supervision, and resources of a local brokerage. This is an independent, commission-based real estate sales opportunity designed for both actively producing agents and licensed professionals who want to maintain their license with a brokerage without being subject to minimum sales quotas or recruiting requirements.

• Competitive agent-focused commission structure with an annual cap
• Low monthly brokerage fee

• Additional earning opportunities through property management and HOA management agreements
• Agents have the flexibility to establish commission rates and additional fees
• Agents may complete up to three personal real estate transactions per anniversary year without the standard brokerage commission split

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold, or be obtaining, an active Georgia real estate salesperson license
• Willingness to conduct business professionally and in compliance with Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements
• Valuing independence, responsive broker support, straightforward fees, and flexibility
• Experience is welcome but not required; newer agents can enter through a mentor program

Requirements

• This is an independent contractor, commission-based real estate sales opportunity
• Not a salaried or hourly position
• No minimum sales quotas to remain affiliated with the brokerage
• Agents are responsible for developing and maintaining their own real estate business
• Must remain current with applicable state licensing requirements, brokerage requirements, and required fees
