• Meet with buyers and tour properties
• Build relationships and guide clients through the home-buying process
• Access training and mentorship from experienced agents
• Utilize proven systems to stay organized and follow up effectively
• Understand client needs and conduct productive property tours
• Maintain relationships after showings and turn client activity into future business

A high commission split gives you the opportunity to keep more of what you produce as your business grows. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, is dependable and coachable, and wants an active role where they can gain practical real estate experience.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+. High commission split. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and mentorship available.
