Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and sales-oriented Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our client's team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in appointment setting, a solid understanding of the real estate industry, and the confidence to engage potential clients and turn conversations into qualified appointments.

• Make outbound calls and engage prospective clients to generate interest in real estate services.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.
• Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team or real estate agents.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads through calls, texts, and emails.
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling sales conversations.
• Strong follow-up and lead nurturing skills.
