Build trust and rapport while guiding sellers through the decision-making process.
-
Qualify incoming leads and determine which opportunities fit High Visions Real Estateβs acquisition criteria.
-
Analyze properties, review comparable sales, estimate repairs, and help determine appropriate offer ranges.
-
Present and explain purchase options clearly and confidently to property owners.
-
Negotiate purchase agreements and work toward mutually beneficial solutions.
-
Handle seller objections professionally and confidently without becoming pushy or overly scripted.
-
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads until they sell, become unqualified, or are moved into long-term follow-up.
-
Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate notes, tasks, appointments, and lead statuses inside the CRM.
-
Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity expectations, including calls, seller conversations, offers, follow-ups, contracts, and revenue goals.
-
Participate in regular call reviews, role-playing, objection-handling practice, sales training, and coaching.
-
Implement coaching and feedback quickly to continuously improve conversion rates and sales performance.
-
Communicate effectively with leadership and other team members regarding active deals, seller concerns, and potential obstacles.
-
Work closely with transaction coordination and dispositions to ensure contracted properties move smoothly toward closing.
-
Maintain honesty, integrity, professionalism, and strong communication in every seller interaction.
-
Take ownership of your results and consistently look for ways to improve your skills, pipeline, and production.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in sales, real estate, acquisitions, wholesaling, automotive, insurance, mortgage, solar, or another performance-driven sales environment is preferred.
-
Proven ability to build rapport, ask strong questions, handle objections, negotiate, and confidently ask for the sale.
-
Competitive and motivated by goals, performance, growth, and earning potential.
-
Highly coachable and willing to receive direct feedback, participate in call reviews, and implement coaching quickly.
-
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
-
Disciplined with follow-up and able to manage multiple leads and conversations at the same time.
-
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with measurable expectations around calls, conversations, offers, contracts, and revenue.
-
Emotionally resilient and able to handle rejection, difficult conversations, and lost opportunities without losing momentum.
-
Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and accountable for personal performance.
-
Comfortable using or learning CRM systems, phone systems, and other sales technology.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly during seller conversations.
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a competitive, team-oriented sales environment.
-
High level of honesty, integrity, communication, and dependability.
-
Full-time availability and commitment to developing into a high-performing acquisitions professional.
-
Real estate experience is preferred but not required. Exceptional sales ability, hunger, discipline, and coachability can outweigh industry experience.
