Role Description

Wholesale Insurance Sales Producer in the Property and Casualty Division, focusing on a variety of products such as:

• Property
• General Liability
• Umbrella and Excess
• Auto
• Workers Compensation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous experience in sales and/or underwriting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Property and casualty experience highly preferred.
• Sales driven with the ability to develop, foster, and maintain excellent working relationships.
• Ability to understand client’s needs and knowledge of risk profiles associated.
• Required to obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire.
• Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Independent self-starter able to solicit and develop strong relationships with retail agencies.
• Confident professionals who are not afraid of cold-calling and developing new business.
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
