[Hiring] Professional Services Sales Manager @Rubrik

Role Description

As a Professional Services Sales Manager, you will use your technical and sales expertise to lead Rubrik’s pre-sales Service engagements to scope, propose, and close Professional Services alongside the core Rubrik platform. You'll be a critical partner in helping Account Executives and Sales Engineers close deals by giving customers the confidence they will achieve their goals after the sale.

Expertise in Change Management and Transformation — People, Process, and Technology — is critical to crafting services work streams aligned to each customer's long-term strategy. You'll lead scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops, size services investment, and partner closely with Sales, Professional Services delivery, and Resilience Guardian teams throughout the customer lifecycle. As Rubrik scales AI-enhanced tools into the services sales motion — pipeline management, forecasting, quote automation, project scoping, SOW generation — you'll have the opportunity to help shape that evolution and grow your career alongside it.

What you'll do

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities — understanding customer business and technical objectives, scoping engagements, and building the services business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings, methodology, and value — helping them close bigger deals faster and exceed quota.
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, increasingly leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate turnaround.
• Work closely with Professional Services delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian stakeholders to align pre-sales scope with post-sales success.
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings.
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops with Professional Services Specialists.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience, ideally in Professional Services or solution selling.
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security conceptual and industry knowledge is a must.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enhanced sales tools to work smarter and grow your impact.
