Role Description

We are currently seeking motivated and energetic Phone Sales Representatives to join our growing remote team. This position is ideal for strong communicators who are confident on the phone, driven by results, and motivated to close deals.

The ideal candidate is professional, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls
• Convert leads into sales opportunities
• Build rapport and maintain client relationships over the phone
• Explain products and services clearly and confidently
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain consistent communication
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Accurately document all calls and client interactions in CRM systems
• Attend virtual meetings and sales trainings

Qualifications

• Previous phone sales or call center experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong closing and objection-handling abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
