Role Description

We're a growing marketing company partnering with personal injury law firms to connect accident victims with legal representation. We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Personal Injury Intake Closer who knows how to build trust, handle objections, and turn qualified inbound inquiries into signed retainer agreements.

This is an opportunity to focus on what you do best: closing. You'll work with inbound accident inquiries rather than spending your time cold calling or generating your own leads.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound inquiries from individuals seeking personal injury representation.
• Build rapport and establish trust through professional, empathetic conversations.
• Conduct intake conversations to understand accident circumstances and gather relevant information.
• Guide qualified prospects through the process of signing retainer agreements with participating law firms.
• Confidently address objections, answer questions, and overcome hesitation.
• Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and consistently meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional sales, intake, or closing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Personal injury intake or legal industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to convert inbound inquiries into signed agreements or completed sales.
• Excellent communication, active listening, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Strong follow-up habits and ability to manage multiple active opportunities.
• Reliable remote working environment and availability during agreed-upon U.S. business hours.

Requirements

• $120,000–$200,000 OTE through base salary plus performance-based commission.
• Competitive base salary plus commission.
