Role Description
We are looking for a
Partnership Manager
β someone who will help us build strong long-term partnerships, discover new collaboration opportunities, and turn our partnership channel into a sustainable source of business growth.
This role is for someone who enjoys communication, knows how to create win-win relationships, and is ready to take ownership of the whole partnership journey: from the first conversation with a potential partner to successful collaborations and new business opportunities.

Search for and attract new partners, conduct introduction calls, identify collaboration opportunities, and launch new partnerships.

Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through regular communication and joint initiatives.

Manage the partnership lifecycle: prioritize opportunities, coordinate follow-ups, track next steps, and drive partnerships from first contact to active collaboration.

Coordinate lead exchange between Eleken and partners, ensuring smooth communication and visibility into pipeline progress.

Collaborate with Sales, Account, and Design teams to turn partnership opportunities into measurable business results.

Manage partnership data and documentation in the CRM, keeping records accurate and processes organized.

Analyze partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose initiatives to scale the partner channel.

Represent Eleken at industry events and continuously expand the company's professional network.
Qualifications
-
1+ year of experience as a Partnership Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or in another communication-focused role (e.g., Project Manager, Community Manager, HR).

Experience managing multiple relationships simultaneously (around 30+ clients, partners, or companies).

Understanding of the IT industry, digital products, digital marketing basics, and B2B communication.

Ability to build long-term relationships with partners and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Experience or willingness to work with cold outreach and partner acquisition.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing CRM, documentation, follow-ups, and multiple parallel tasks.

Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, ownership, and a results-oriented approach.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze information, and make data-driven decisions.

Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
