Role Description
The Partner Business Manager 3 is responsible for driving business growth with strategic partners within the company's global partner ecosystem. This position focuses on developing and executing partner business plans enabling partner success, driving revenue growth, and aligning go-to-market strategies to achieve shared business objectives.

Serve as the primary business point of contact for assigned partners (e.g. global systems integrators, regional resellers, ISVs, or cloud providers).

Act as the internal advocate for partners ensuring mutual success and alignment with company objectives.

Develop and execute joint business plans that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and customer adoption.

Track and report on key performance metrics including bookings, pipeline contribution, and partner-led opportunities.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute partner go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and events.

Drive enablement to ensure partner sales and technical teams are equipped to position and sell our SaaS solutions.

Support joint account planning, co-selling engagements, and deal execution across field and inside sales teams.

Provide feedback on partner needs, competitive insights, and market trends to influence strategy and product roadmap.

Manage partner performance through data-driven insights, QBRs, and continuous business reviews.

Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in Channel sales or partner business management at a SaaS company.

Microsoft Windows and Office proficient.

Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
