Role Description

Join a leading architectural design and specialty building-components organization as an Outside Sales Representative serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area market. This direct-hire opportunity combines new-business development with management and growth of an established account base across commercial and residential markets. The role is suited to an ambitious, relationship-focused sales professional who is comfortable working independently in the field and building a territory.

• Prospect for new business throughout the assigned territory in a hunter-focused sales role.
• Maintain, strengthen, and grow an existing account base.
• Prepare quotes based on architectural drawings and customer requirements.
• Review orders and project details with internal departments and contractors.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with commercial and residential customers.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least three years of outside sales experience.
• Experience with architectural glass, metal products, construction products, or a closely related market.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, career-oriented, positive, and comfortable owning territory growth.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory using a personal vehicle.

Requirements

• Remote-based position for a candidate located in or near the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• This is a field-sales role requiring customer visits approximately four to five days per week.

Benefits

• $85,000–$95,000 base salary per year, plus commission and full benefits.
