Role Description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

They focus on improving efficiency across back-office operations, particularly within sales and customer engagement strategies. With a collaborative culture and a strong commitment to leveraging advanced technology, they continue to scale and are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to further develop outbound channels and optimize their sales tech stack.

Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales Channels & Tech Stack Management
  • Build and optimize outbound sales channels, including email, phone outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Implement and maintain a streamlined sales tech stack to support both sales and marketing teams.
  • Research and manage platforms and data enrichment tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead data.
• Sales Process Optimization & Execution
  • Set up and refine sales processes to ensure alignment and efficiency across all outbound channels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and execution using existing tools and systems.
• Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the sales process.
• Collaboration & Strategy
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to strengthen outbound strategies.
  • Support sales enablement by ensuring effective use of tools and resources for lead generation and conversion.
• AI Tool Utilization (Bonus)
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance data enrichment and reporting where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations within a B2B environment.
• Proven experience building outbound sales channels and optimizing sales tech stacks.
• Experience with email campaigns, phone outreach, LinkedIn strategies, and data enrichment tools.
• Strong understanding of sales reporting and analytics.
• Ability to set up and manage outbound sales channels for consistent lead generation.
• Familiarity with research platforms and data enrichment tools to maintain high-quality lead data.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking and managing opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to optimizing sales processes and tools.
