Experience in Outbound sales is essential.

All locations - remote

Duties & Responsibilities

• Scheduling sales and consulting appointments for the field sales team
• Conducting follow-up calls with existing prospects and customers
• Customer retention through upselling, cross-selling, and special offers
• Deal with inbound calls and assist customers
• Experience in telephone outbound work (sales, appointment setting B2B/B2C)
• Quick comprehension skills and confident use of common IT tools
• An independent, accurate, and efficient working style
• Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• High self-motivation and strong closing skills

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound/customer service
• Availability (weekly shift scheduling) for assignments from Monday to Friday for 6.5 hours within operating hours of 08:00 to 20:00
• Availability (weekly shift scheduling) for Saturday assignments of up to 4 hours within the hours of 09:00 to 14:00
