Role Description

You'll be the voice of LaserAway for patients who are ready to take the next step—converting warm, marketing-generated leads into treatment plans that change how people feel about themselves.

What You'll Own:

• A pipeline of warm leads and a revenue target that's yours to drive.
• Average treatment plan value of $1,200 with tiered commission up to 13.5%.
• Day-to-day tasks include:
• Working your lead queue
• Conducting consultative phone conversations
• Educating patients on LaserAway's treatment options
• Overcoming objections
• Following up persistently
• Closing deals
• All managed through our CRM for visibility and clarity on your next actions.

This Is Not For Everyone:

• This is a high-activity outbound role.
• You'll spend the majority of your day on the phone—calling, following up, and closing.
• If your background is primarily inbound customer service, order-taking, or face-to-face sales with limited phone selling, this role is likely not the right fit.
