[Hiring] Outbound Financial Sales Representative @Wing Assistant

Role Description

We are looking for an Outbound Financial Sales Representative to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build and manage prospect lists focusing on construction, manufacturing, logistics, and other equipment-heavy businesses.
• Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn touches) to nurture leads and develop relationships.
• Pre-qualify prospects by handling objections, educating them on financing products, and scheduling highly qualified meetings.
• Maintain the CRM with detailed notes, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status.
• Track warm signals (like expansion plans or new contracts) and follow up strategically over weeks or months.
• Manage the sales cycle up to 60-80% of the funnel before passing the prospect to a closer for final negotiations.

Qualifications

• Expert/Native English
• Consultative sales experience
• Expert CRM & pipeline management
• Advanced LinkedIn & multi-channel outreach: Must be highly skilled at email and LinkedIn prospecting, not just phone dialing.
• Strong objection handling & pre-qualification: Must be able to educate prospects, handle objections, and schedule highly qualified meetings.
