Join HubSpot as an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR). We are hiring for start dates in January 2026, after graduation!

As an Outbound BDR, you’ll play a key role in HubSpot’s growth engine:

• Be the first touchpoint for many future customers.
• Spark conversations through strategic outreach.
• Uncover pain points and qualify leads.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to deliver high-quality meetings.
• Sharpen your sales toolkit daily and gain exposure to a world-class sales organization.

Requirements

• Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60–100+ activities/day).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
• Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency — and book quality discovery meetings.
• Hit (and exceed) KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact.
• Grow fast, learn fast, get coached, apply it, repeat.

Benefits

• Base salary: CA$ 50,600 annually.
• On-target commission: CA$ 20,700 annually.
• OTE (on-target earnings): CA$ 71,300 annually.
• Individual compensation packages tailored to skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Participation in HubSpot’s equity plan for eligible roles.
• Annual Cash Compensation Range: $50,000 — $70,000 CAD.
