As an Outbound BDR, youโll play a key role in HubSpotโs growth engine:

Requirements

Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60โ100+ activities/day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.

Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency โ and book quality discovery meetings.

Hit (and exceed) KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact.

Benefits

Base salary: $53,800 annually.

On-target commission: $23,000 annually.

OTE (on-target earnings): $76,800 annually.

Annual cash compensation range: $53,800 โ $90,000 USD.

Potential participation in HubSpotโs equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs).

Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
