Role Description

Our Client is seeking a persuasive, highly empathetic, and resilient Remote Outbound and Inbound Sales Representative. Please note: This is not a passive customer service position—it is a highly active, direct-response sales and enrollment role. The successful candidate will act as the critical first point of contact for potential patients, managing both warm inbound inquiries and executing strategic outbound calls. By active listening, identifying patient dental concerns, and confidently handling cost or anxiety objections, this representative will drive high-volume bookings for high-value dental implant consultations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Lead Nurturing & Inbound Enrollment
    • Proactively places outbound calls to warm leads, medical inquiries, and patient databases inside the CRM to capture interest and convert leads into consultations.
    • Fields incoming patient phone calls, web chats, and email inquiries with high urgency, warmth, and professionalism.
    • Evaluates patient situations, walks them through dental implant consultation expectations, and books qualified appointments across multiple assigned clinic locations.
    • Memorizes, adapts, and executes the company's tested scripts while maintaining a natural, empathetic, and persuasive conversational flow.
  • Objection Handling & Pipeline Management
    • Actively addresses patient concerns, fears, and hesitations, utilizing proven sales techniques to overcome objections regarding cost, treatment duration, and dental anxiety.
    • Navigates the internal CRM environment with flawless precision—updating patient lead statuses, logging call notes, and tracking the appointment pipeline.
    • Coordinates complex scheduling matrices across multiple dental practices to maximize calendar efficiency for in-house clinical teams.
    • Explores and introduces basic dental financing plans and insurance options to make care accessible and close scheduling loops.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B/B2C Sales Background: 2+ years of verified professional experience in an outbound sales, cold calling, business development, or high-volume enrollment role. A background in active selling is strictly required.
  • Exceptional Verbal English Fluency: Near-native, highly fluent spoken and written English. The candidate must be capable of speaking comfortably, warmly, and persuasively with U.S. patients over the phone.
  • Objection Handling Grit: Strong natural confidence when handling objections, managing financial hesitations, and guiding reluctant prospects toward a decision.
  • Multi-Channel Pipeline Experience: Prior call center, inside sales, or customer enrollment experience handling phone, email, and live chat platforms concurrently.
  • Software Adaptability: Strong digital literacy with the capacity to quickly master new scheduling platforms, CRM technologies, and project management tools like Asana.
  • Workplace Infrastructure: Ownership of an exceptionally quiet remote home office setup free of background noise (non-negotiable for professional medical calls), a modern computer, a high-quality USB headset, and a stable, high-speed internet connection with power backups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within the U.S. dental or medical industry, with an understanding of basic dental terminology, implants, or cosmetic procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of U.S. dental insurance structures, HIPAA compliance, or third-party patient financing platforms (e.g., CareCredit).
  • High school diploma or equivalent secondary education credentials.
