[Hiring] Oncology Sales Director @Cycle Pharmaceuticals

Role Description

This is a fully remote position within the US Sales department.

Cycle Pharmaceuticals is recruiting for a driven, motivated and people focused Oncology Sales Director, East to lead an oncology and haematology sales team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant input into the growth of a dynamic, collaborative and patient focused team.

You will be challenged to enjoy the variety of leading a successful sales team selling oncology and haematology products within our portfolio. As the Oncology Sales Director, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in a range of company projects.

• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct regular field coaching visits with direct sales reports.
• Drive achievement of national sales objectives.
• Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities.
• Lead the successful launch and commercialisation of oncology / haematology products.
• Monitor market performance, analyse trends and implement actions.
• Educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) on prescribing pathways.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Provide valuable market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with medical affairs and commercial operations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations.
• Develop and execute a quarterly business plan and strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high performing sales teams in pharmaceutical products and/or services in oncology and/or haematology.
• Prior experience with pharmaceutical products in CML (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia) and ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia).
• Proven experience of direct people leadership within the rare disease / specialty biopharma and/or specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Demonstrated success in biopharmaceutical sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys working within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working with products distributed via specialty pharmacies.
• Comfortable operating and leading in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced people leader with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Willingness to travel > 80% with occasional weekend travel.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
