Role Description

We are searching for the best talent for a Neuroscience Sales Representative to support clients in the Charleston, SC territory.

• The Neuroscience Sales Representative has overall responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within their assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner.
• Responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs, aligning marketing resources, and supporting pull-through activities.
• Accountable for embodying and communicating Intra-Cellular’s corporate vision of delivering innovative treatments to improve the lives of individuals with neuropsychiatric, neurologic, and other disorders.
• Develop superior product and disease state knowledge to engage in in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for the creation of local strategic and tactical plans, differential resource allocation, and effective application of budget and expense management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience; previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred.
• Strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers.
• Ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills.

• Work hours may include meetings scheduled outside of normal working hours.
• Territories may require some overnight travel depending on geography.

Benefits

• Base salary $79,000 - $128,000 plus incentives adjusted based on relevant experience.

• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees in Washington – 56 hours per calendar year.
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
• Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member; 5 days for an extended family member.
• Caregiver Leave – 10 days.
• Volunteer Leave – 4 days.
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours.
