Role Description
This is a fully remote position within the US Sales department.
Cycle Pharmaceuticals is seeking an ambitious, people-focused and inspirational Neurology/MS Sales Director to lead and develop our high-performing sales team across the East region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of a dynamic, collaborative, and patient-centred organisation.

Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team to provide coaching, training and ongoing support to drive success within the neurology and multiple sclerosis portfolio.

Conduct regular field coaching visits with direct sales reports and document sales performance.

Drive achievement of national sales objectives, contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through a mix of virtual and face-to-face customer interactions.

Lead the successful launch and commercialisation of Neurology/MS products within the US market.

Monitor market performance, analyse trends and implement actions to accelerate business growth.

Educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) and practice staff on prescribing pathways and patient access processes.

Build relationships with key opinion leaders and develop advocacy programmes that support peer-to-peer education and product awareness.

Provide valuable market intelligence and customer feedback to support the development of effective marketing strategies and materials.

Collaborate with medical affairs, US leadership and commercial operations to ensure alignment on messaging, resources and business priorities.

Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Develop and execute a quarterly business plan and strategies using data and analytics.
Qualifications

Experience leading high performing sales teams in pharmaceutical products and/or services in Neurology.

Proven experience of direct people leadership within the rare disease / specialty biopharma and/or specialty pharmacy preferred.

Demonstrated success in biopharmaceutical sales, including significant experience working within hospital and institutional healthcare settings.

Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys working within a fast-paced startup environment and culture.

Experience working with products distributed via specialty pharmacies and supported by patient services/ hubs.

Comfortable operating and leading in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt and deal with change.

Experienced people leader with the ability to inspire, influence, and unite cross-functional teams, driving performance and delivering results in complex matrix organisations.

Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Willingness to travel > 80% with occasional weekend travel.

Valid driverβs license and clean driving record.
