Qualifications

• No mortgage experience required, but talent and grit are essential.
• Real sales experience is required, particularly in "hard sales."
• Seeking to establish and maintain a career as a salesperson.
• Thrive working remotely and staying self-motivated.
• Have succeeded in fast-paced or performance-based roles.
• Bring a strong competitive drive and hunger to earn.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Stay focused under pressure and in high-volume settings.
• Ability to learn quickly is essential; college degrees are not required.

Requirements

• You need to be comfortable and confident talking to customers on the phone.
• You should not have prior experience as a Loan Officer.
• You should be able to handle objections and follow up with leads.
• You must be responsible for building trust, tailoring a solution, and closing the deal.
