Role Description
Build the team that will define our next chapter in dermatology! Incyte is preparing to launch a new therapy for the treatment of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), also known as acne inversa β a chronic, complex, and often debilitating skin condition associated with significant comorbidities and a substantial burden on patients' quality of life. This launch marks the beginning of a broader product strategy, and additional indications are expected to follow, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to grow the role and scope of responsibility over time.
As the National Sales Lead, you will lead eight Customer Engagement Managers across Germany. You will turn our ambition into a national customer engagement approach, then bring it to life through exceptional coaching and close attention to what is happening in the field. The culture you create will be visible in every territory: in how people prepare, how they listen, how they collaborate and how they follow through.
This role turns IAI's national commercial strategy into consistent, high-quality execution in the field. It combines people leadership with commercial strategy, ensuring the CEM team delivers scientifically grounded, needs-based product positioning with a patient-centered perspective, and fosters collaboration across multidisciplinary stakeholders to support the optimization of care pathways within the HS ecosystem.
