[Hiring] National Channel Sales Manager @Vaxcel International Co., Ltd.

Role Description

We are a manufacturer of decorative residential lighting. We deliver affordable, on-trend fixtures, and we pride ourselves on being a customer-centric business partner.

We’re hiring a National Channel Sales Manager to grow our business across lighting showrooms, furniture retailers and national accounts such as Ferguson and Nebraska Furniture Mart. You’ll own the channel end to end, from opening new doors to growing our largest accounts. You’ll lead our independent rep network, manage our Marketing Support team member and report to the VP of Sales.

What You Will Do

• Grow the channel
• Own channel revenue targets and grow key national accounts such as Ferguson and Nebraska Furniture Mart.
• Present our products to buyers, showroom staff and designers with a design- and trend-forward point of view.
• Build the pipeline
• Build and maintain a prospect pipeline across hundreds of showrooms and independent retail accounts, and consistently open new doors.
• Segment and tier the account base by revenue potential, growth trajectory and fit. Then set coverage plans to match.
• Partner with Marketing on targeted outreach (calls, email, sampling, trade show follow-up) to generate leads and convert them.
• Track funnel metrics (new accounts opened, conversion rate, first order to reorder) and use the data to shift where your time and rep effort go.
• Lead, coach, and develop our network of independent sales reps.
• Manage, coach, and develop our Marketing Support team member.
• Forecast sales, manage channel programs and pricing, and report results to leadership.
• Utilize CRM tools to track account activity, pipeline and forecasts.
• Partner with Product and Marketing on launches, merchandising and displays.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in lighting, home décor, furniture, fashion, or decorative electrical.
• Experience selling to independent retailers and national accounts; lighting showroom or Ferguson experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or working with independent sales reps.
• A strong eye for design and an appreciation for on-trend home products.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and written and oral communication skills.
• HubSpot or other CRM experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Accountability for your actions and the ability to adapt well to changes in priorities.
• Ability and willingness to travel more than 30% of the time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $115,000 – $145,000, plus an annual performance bonus, for a target total compensation of $132,250 – $174,000. Final pay depends on experience and qualifications.
