Role Description
Are you an experienced National or Key Account Manager who knows how to turn major client relationships into long-term partnerships? Do you enjoy owning complex, multi-site accounts and finding opportunities to grow revenue? Could you bring together multiple services and brands to create a better experience for some of the UK's largest organisations?
Impact Futures Group have an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team as National Accounts Manager. This is a remote role with occasional travelling for meetings.
At Impact Futures Group, we train people who look after other people. Across our three training brands, we support organisations across health and social care, education, early years and commercial sectors, working with some of the largest employers in the UK. Weβre now looking for a National Accounts Manager to take ownership of our largest and most complex client relationships at group level.
Currently, a large employer might work with one of our brands for first aid training, another for statutory and mandatory training, and another for clinical skills. The National Accounts Manager will bring those relationships together β creating a simpler experience for our clients while identifying opportunities to grow partnerships across the wider group.
This is a senior individual contributor role with one direct report, with accountability for the revenue, retention and growth of a defined portfolio of national accounts. Youβll be the person those clients know, trust and call first.
