Role Description
The National Account Manager position is a key role within the Enterprise, Commercial & Light Industrial team, responsible for managing a defined number of high-priority accounts within the enterprise market vertical. The role involves managing the full portfolio of products (LV Switchgear & Busbar, ACP UPS, ELS, and Thermal Management) that Vertiv sells to Enterprise customers.

Ensure continued growth by maximizing sales opportunities for new products.

Form part of a specialized sales team consisting of account management and technical sales professionals.

Develop technical proficiency to offer insights into product applications and identify opportunities.

Demonstrate key account management skills and strong commercial acumen.

Coordinate effectively between different business segments to fulfill customer requirements.

Align targets with market growth expectations and share of wallet capture.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in an account management environment.

Extensive commercial experience to identify and understand customersβ needs.

Understanding of the enterprise industry and sub-segments.

Principle knowledge of LV Switchgear and Busbar, UPS, ELS Topology, or Thermal Management.

Experience in commercial negotiations and stakeholder mapping.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Sales background in critical engineering applications or product-led services.

Planning, organizational, and leadership skills.

Basic legal and commercial policy understanding.

Influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
