Role Description
Responsible for the overall coverage of the home offices of national accounts in the recordkeeping and insurance segments. This includes the development and collaborative implementation of the business strategy for the assigned accounts, including sales and revenue generation, achievement of sales goals, and successful implementation of strategic initiatives with and for the client firms.

Work closely with many of our clientsβ business teams including investment research, product development, distribution leadership, and marketing.

Manage assigned key client relationships effectively, ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Maintain and grow our AUM with the client firms while managing expenses and resource allocation.
Responsibilities

Use industry experience and company knowledge to effectively build a comprehensive business plan with each national account.

Effectively represent the organization's investment and service solutions to clients to retain existing placement and identify new pipeline opportunities.

Create distribution and marketing strategy in partnership with internal counterparts and ensure implementation of strategy across these functions.

Conduct effective prep and follow-up meetings with investment and executive leaders when meeting with client firms.

Apply a unique understanding of the clients' business to serve as the voice of the client to many internal business units.

Work effectively with client engagement manager and other internal team members with appropriate collaboration, role clarity, and transparent communication.

Stay current in understanding of our investment solutions to retain business.

Analyze highly complex data, trends, plans, and strategies to keep up to date with sales/relationship performance.
Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree AND 10+ years of national accounts management/research coverage experience.

Series 7, 63, 3 (can obtain 3 in role).

Preferred: Experience distributing RIA/FIA's and partnering with Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOβs).

CFA or CIMA designations.
