What You’ll Actually Do

• Originate residential purchase and refinance loans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, doctors, CPA’s, Wealth Advisors/Financial Planners, and other referral partners.
• Educate and guide borrowers with confidence, clarity, and a calm demeanor.
• Manage your pipeline with a supportive team.
• Hit production goals that make sense and get rewarded for them.

Qualifications

• 2 years of mortgage origination experience (purchase-heavy preferred).
• Proven ability to self-source and close loans.
• Strong knowledge of Jumbo market, relationships in the medical community, as well as conventional, FHA, & VA loan programs.
• Connections in luxury real estate and familiarity with Jumbo loans are a plus.
• Professional reputation you’re proud of.
• Belief that caring about clients will earn you a good living.
