Role Description
Drive the adoption of advanced visualization, artificial intelligence, and cardiopulmonary imaging solutions by partnering with healthcare providers to improve clinical outcomes while helping customers maximize the value of their Philips technology investments.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the Advanced Visualization and Artificial Intelligence portfolio across the East Zone, identifying new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.

Partner closely with Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling clinical and technical presentations, position solutions against competitors, and support customer purchasing decisions.

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing guidance on the latest imaging software innovations, product configurations, and upgrade opportunities that improve clinical workflows and patient care.

Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate forecasts, maintain customer relationship management (CRM) records, and recommend strategies that drive continued business growth.

Champion operational excellence by supporting continuous process improvements while ensuring compliance with Philips policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business development, clinical sales, healthcare sales, field service, or a related customer-facing role within the medical technology or healthcare industry.

Skills in consultative selling, business development, customer relationship management (CRM), strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and the ability to communicate complex clinical and technical information to diverse audiences.

Experience with advanced visualization, artificial intelligence, imaging informatics, cardiology, radiology, or enterprise imaging solutions is a strong plus.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Collaborative, customer-focused professional with excellent communication and presentation skills who enjoys building trusted relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Willingness to travel throughout the assigned Midwest zone territory is required (50% Travel).

Benefits

Total Target Earnings composed of base salary + target incentive, with potential earnings of $198,500 to $237,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.
