[Hiring] Mining Industry Sales Manager @Eaton Corporation

Role Description

Drive sales performance in the assigned key segment (Mining Industry) to achieve PDSS sales targets. Responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Manage distributors and support partners to grow business.
• Maintain existing sales channels and develop new ones to expand market coverage.
• Collaborate with product marketing and supporting teams to develop segment-specific channel programs and initiatives.
• Execute projects effectively by leveraging internal and external resources.
• Build strong, preferred partnerships with assigned customers, including segment clients and end users.
• Provide training and education to customers and partners on products and solutions to enhance their understanding and adoption.

Qualifications

• University degree, major in electrical engineering or automation.
• 10 years and above relevant experience in Assembly with leadership attributes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork spirit, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energetic.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good PC skills, able to use MS-office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Willing to work hard and face challenges.
