Role Description

As Military & Government Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing Gogo’s existing European Mil/Gov customer base, including:

• Government clients
• Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
• Systems integrators
• Military aircraft manufacturers

You'll also build a pipeline of new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the Vice President (VP), Global Government to hit regional targets
• Leading go-to-market strategy for new products, including:
• Unmanned platforms
• Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
• Very Very Important Person (VVIP) aircraft
• Multi-role transport
• Overseeing the channel and reseller network
• Representing Gogo at regional events, trade shows, and conferences

Travel up to 50% is part of the role. Here your background becomes your edge. You'll own real strategic territory, shaping how Gogo brings next-generation platforms to market and growing relationships with defense and government customers. Working hand-in-hand with senior leadership, you'll have genuine autonomy to build the pipeline your way, representing a company that pioneered inflight connectivity and still leads the field.

Locations: Remote

Salary: $115-130k

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience within the Military and Government sector
• 5-7 years of sales experience in a related field (military, satcom, aviation, or similar)

Requirements

• Ability to develop an account strategy
• Understanding of standard concepts, practices, procedures, and regulations within the government and military markets
• Sales and customer service skills
• Experience with pricing development, teaming agreements, NDAs
