Role Description

Join a fintech sales team as a closing-focused Account Executive, converting qualified opportunities into revenue with US-based wealth management and advisory firms. You will lead deal strategy and relationships from qualified opportunity through signed contract, partnering with a Solutions Consultant on product demonstrations and technical proof points.

• Own sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise firms, including complex opportunities typically valued at $100,000 to $500,000 or more in annual contract value.
• Build trusted relationships with executive buyers and navigate stakeholders across leadership, compliance, and operations.
• Develop tailored pricing proposals and structure deals around firm needs, including phased rollouts and multi-year terms where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot pipeline data, stage progression, next steps, and close-date forecasts.
• Coordinate with solutions, customer success, and sales enablement colleagues, then provide a clear handoff after each close.
• Develop pipeline through industry relationships, referrals, and events in addition to working qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS Account Executive roles, closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales and closing deals of $100,000 or more in annual contract value.
• Full professional English fluency, including executive-level conversations with US buyers, and experience selling into the US market.
• A record of at least one full year at 90% or more of quota attainment, with documentation available to share.
• Reliable CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and the ability to work remotely from Latin America with US-time-zone overlap.
• Wealth management or financial services experience is helpful but not required.
