[Hiring] Market Manager @Land O'Lakes

Role Description

This position is remote (virtual) and can work from home but must be located within the Southeast Region which is Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina. Travel for this role will be roughly 80%. We’re looking for a highly motivated, field-based Market Manager to support the growth of the Purina Feed brand across Farm & Ranch retail partners in the South-Central Region.

This role is focused on:

• In-store execution
• Product support
• Building strong relationships at the store level

You will spend the majority of your time in-market working directly with store teams to improve product placement, increase visibility, and drive sales. The Market Manager independently manages day-to-day market execution decisions within an assigned territory, using store-level insights, sales trends, and business priorities to determine where to focus time, resources, and partner engagement.

This is a high-travel role that requires regular overnight stays and a strong ability to work independently in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of experience in retail, sales, or store-level training (CPG or similar industry preferred)
• Ability to use sales data, store observations, and partner feedback to make sound territory-level decisions and recommendations
• Experience working directly with retail stores or field-based environments is preferred
