[Hiring] Market Developer @ASSA ABLOY

Role Description

Wallace Perimeter Security, an ASSA ABLOY branded Company, is seeking a driven and strategic Market Developer to expand our presence in the Southeast by forging key relationships and driving business growth.

• Identify prospects, conduct cold outreach, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.
• Maintain and submit regular activity and results reports, including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly/annual territory reviews.
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events to network and uncover new opportunities (travel required).
• Keep accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring customer profiles, lead generation, and updates are properly maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or market development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
