[Hiring] Mandarin Outbound Coordinator (Restaurant Partnerships) @Somewhere

Role Description

We are looking for a highly fluent English-speaking outbound outreach specialist to help expand restaurant partnerships and manage follow-up communication. Strongly preferred: Speaking Mandarin is highly helpful in this role.

• Make outbound calls to Chinese restaurants across the US, Canada, and UK
• Introduce our free fortune cookie program to restaurant owners/managers
• Explain the value proposition clearly and professionally
• Follow up with restaurants to confirm interest and participation
• Coordinate and track delivery/order follow-through
• Maintain accurate notes and outreach records
• Support a fast-paced and rapidly growing operation

Qualifications

• A+ spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Professional, confident, and personable phone presence
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently and move quickly

Requirements

• Mandarin speaking ability (Preferred, Not Required)
• Experience with sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer outreach (Preferred, Not Required)
• Experience working with restaurants or hospitality businesses (Preferred, Not Required)
