Role Description
Responsible for developing, delivering and measuring field-based sales and marketing programs, including, but not limited to:

Sales technique training

Sales and marketing co-sponsored programs

Product launches
-
Market development
-
Field personnel development
Collaborates with Area Vice Presidents, Directors and Regional Managers to provide sales training and ensure the objectives for field representatives are met. Coordinates coaching and development opportunities with Area Vice Presidents, Directors and Regional Managers. Works with field representatives to identify and evaluate training opportunities. Plans program(s) design and support documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:

Lead the Watchman Training team by setting a clear vision and direction that aligns with the commercial organization’s objectives, as well as overseeing the execution.

Manage the needs assessment, design, development, delivery and measurement of onboarding, skills training, and continuing education for field sales organization.

Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify needs, develop solutions, and deliver programs that enable high performance.

Optimize the field sales team’s learning and proficiency through effective coaching and application of learning.

Collaborate across multiple functions in the organization to ensure the team’s alignment with the overall business strategy.

Develop new and maintain existing curriculum to meet organizational goals and needs.

Design, manage and drive an engaging and effective continuous education program to reinforce training concepts.

Prioritize upskilling and coaching of management through Train the Trainer model of key Learning curriculum content to support cascade and embedding of learning in locations.

Partner in semi-annual sales events; participate in design and delivery of content as needed.

Support building and managing external vendor partner relationships.

Maintain a close relationship with HR partner; align training with talent planning to the overall organizational objectives.

Prioritize the end user experience by partnering with the Learning Experience Design team.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Adult Education or related field.

7+ years of Medical Device or Healthcare experience.
-
5+ years of Structural Heart, EP or Cardiology professional experience.
-
Excellent listening, presentation, organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Highly skilled in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
-
Knowledge of online learning management systems and web delivery tools.
-
Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory and implementation.
-
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and produce high quality results with attention to detail.
-
Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants.
Requirements
-
Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator and coordination of multiple training events.

Demonstrated skills in effectively conducting training in the following forums: one-on-one, classroom or virtual learning utilizing web conferencing tools, Adobe Connect, and other tools.

Experience with User Experience Design.

Experience with Salesforce and associated Learning Management Systems.

Working knowledge and interest in the evolving healthcare landscape.
-
Extensive knowledge of sales skills, processes and methodologies and/or previous sales experience.
Benefits

Minimum Salary: $125,800
-
Maximum Salary: $239,000
-
Compensation will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors.
-
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may include variable compensation from time to time.
-
Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives.
